Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a Moment Letters plan. All payments are processed by Polar.sh; approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

One-Time Plans (Basic, Standard, Premium)

For one-time purchases, the value of the plan is delivered as soon as your tribute page becomes active and starts receiving contributions.

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, but only if your tribute page has received zero submissions. A “submission” means any letter, voice note, video, or photo contributed to the page.
  • No refund is available once your page has received any submission, or after 7 days from the date of purchase — whichever comes first.

Trainer Subscription

The Trainer plan is a recurring subscription ($24/month or $190/year):

  • 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your initial charge for a full refund of that first payment.
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any point, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period after the 30-day window.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period after the initial 30-day guarantee.

Free Tier

The Free plan involves no payment, so no refund applies.

How to Request a Refund

Email info.capturecraft@gmail.com with:

  1. The email address associated with your account.
  2. Your order ID or payment receipt from Polar.sh.
  3. A brief note about which plan you’re requesting a refund for.

We aim to review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Polar.sh and may take several additional business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests that fall outside the windows above or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
